A 30-minute high intensity training program for all fitness levels and ages, using bodyweight only. Each session consist of (1) functional mobility warm up, (2) four rounds of exercise using Tabata’s strict timing framework, (3) three minute core challenge, (4) cool down.
Burn calories during, but more importantly, after the class.
